Letters to the Woman Who Misses Who She Used to Be

Honest reflections on chronic illness, grief, faith, healing, and the journey back to the woman you were always meant to become.

Some seasons leave us wondering where we went.

The diagnosis.

The unanswered prayers.

The version of yourself you quietly miss.

These Sunday letters are a place to slow down.

A quiet reminder that God is often writing something beautiful long before we can see it.

There's a place for you here.

Why I Write

I've always made sense of life through words.

Writing has helped me process healing, grief, faith, unanswered prayers, and the quiet ways God has met me in seasons I never would have chosen.

Some of these letters were written with tears in my eyes.

Some were written after prayers I wasn't sure God had heard.

Some came after I finally realized He'd been answering them all along.

These aren't lessons from someone who has it all figured out.

They're honest reflections from a woman who was learning to trust God with every chapter He's writing.

If my words help you carry your own story a little more gently...

they'll have done exactly what I hoped they would.

Every Sunday, I'll meet you here.

Some weeks we'll talk about healing.

Some weeks we'll sit with grief.

Some weeks we'll wrestle with faith.

And some weeks, we'll make space for hope.

Consider this your place at The Healing Well.
